I understand that flights and ground transportation are not included in this cost and it is my responsability to book my own travel and arrive on time. 

I understand that this retreat is non-refundable.  I can sell my space to someone else and provide details of registration to the Wild Souled Women Retreat Team, however, once I'm registered I am responsible for the entire cost of the event.  

Trip interruption and cancellation insurance are recommended. 

I Understand that some additional expenses may occur - if you should eat/drink away from the included venue's, travel away from the group, tours, excursions, etc are at your own cost.

AGREEMENT & UNDERSTANDIN

I understand that it is my responsibility to book trip cancellation, flight interruption and out of country medical. If I do not book these, I acknowledge that any costs associated with the retreat, delays, and medical, are my responsibility and in no way shape or form associated with Wild Souled Wellness, Tonya Whittle, TW Fitness. You absorb all responsibility for having insurances in place, should you choose not to purchase insurance you recognize and absorb the risks.

I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages I might incur as a result of the yoga, fitness classes and all other activities I participate in during the retreat. I will not hold Tonya Whittle or Wild Souled Wellness, or TW Fitness  responsible for any injuries suffered by me, caused in whole or in part by my failure to follow instructions carefully, or by any physical impairment of mine. I am able to choose what to participate in.

Hike is booked via a tour company who specializes in hiking the Inca Trail.
