I understand that refunds are not provided.  If I should be unable to attend the retreat I will use my cancellation insurance to do so.  Wild Souled Wellness will provide invoices as necessary should you be unable to attend and require them for your insurance. 

I understand that residents of Canada will be subjected to taxes based province of residency.  Adjustments will be made to the costing accordingly. 

I understand that I will be required to sign other waivers and documentation asserting that I acknowledge and assume all risks associated with this retreat.

I understand that if the retreat is unable to proceed due to the company, Tonya Whittle, being unable to do so, a full refund will be provided under those circumstances.

I acknowledge that some food/beverage and other costs may not be included such as travel days and anytime away from regular activities. 

I acknowledge that I have a valid passport and am able to travel to said destination. 

Other waivers and documentation will be provided for signing at a later date.
